1. Introduction
Welcome to Synera (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Synera operates in accordance with:
- UK Laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Computer Misuse Act 1990, and Online Safety Act 2023.

2. Eligibility & Compliance
By using Synera, you affirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old (Discord & Roblox age requirement).
- If under 18 years old, you have obtained parental/guardian consent. Mainly, regarding the payments.
- You are not banned from using Discord or Roblox.
- You will not violate any applicable UK laws, Discord/Roblox TOS, or privacy rights.
- You are not using Synera for illegal, malicious, or fraudulent purposes.
If you are found in violation, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
🚫 Prohibited Activities
You may not use Synera to:
- Violate Discord’s or Roblox’s TOS.
- Engage in hacking, exploiting, cheating, or automation in Roblox games.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or unauthorized software.
- Engage in scams, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
- Evade bans or restrictions imposed by Discord or Roblox.
- Violate data privacy laws (e.g., collecting user data without consent).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user violating these terms.
4. Staff Discretion & Revocation of Access
In accordance with UK Privacy Laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018, Synera staff and ownership retain the right to revoke access at their sole discretion.

The Ownership Team is authorized to revoke any permissions if:
- A user engages in conduct that makes staff members uncomfortable, even if it does not explicitly violate other terms.
- A user creates a hostile, toxic, or disruptive environment within the service.
- A user is suspected of malicious intent, harassment, or targeted behavior against staff or other users.
- A user is misusing Synera in a way that is detrimental to the community.

- Proof will be documented and stored in accordance with UK Privacy Laws.
- Affected users may request a review, but final decisions rest with ownership.
- Users are not entitled to refunds if their access is revoked under this clause.
This ensures a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all members.

- Data Protection Act 2018

💰 Payments
- Payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to provide the service.
- Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and legal action if fraudulent.
- All purchases comply with UK digital goods laws.

- The service was not delivered due to our fault

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Account Termination & Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who:
- Violate these TOS
- Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt Synera
- Use Synera for unauthorized, illegal, or malicious purposes
We do not issue refunds for terminations due to TOS violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and services provided by Synera are intellectual property protected under UK copyright law.
- You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify any part of our service without explicit permission.
- Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this TOS at any time.
- Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of Synera means you accept the latest version.

11. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
